Bottom line up front: $100 for nails that aren't even painted correctly, not to mention the aftermath under my nails. So much miscommunication and not caring that o really paid for.I've only been here before for a pedicure once, but thought it was ok and they squeezed me in so tried it again. Decided on a pedicure but when she told me she had time for a mani too, I decided to add it on. I told her regular pedicure, she did a gel. And when I gave her my color, she did a pure white, staying "most people want white for new years". I don't, I want the color I picked. I gave into the gel pedicure, reluctantly.I NEVER get a manicure, love long nails but hate the aftermath. I asked my technician her opinion on gel vs dip knowing my nails were too short and would need tips. She recommended gel...then when I said I wanted tips, she said I had to do dip. She did so many layers of dip, then did gel for the tips??!I showed her a picture before she started of what I wanted. It wasn't until after she put tips on that she told me another $15 for French tips. Ok. She made severalComments throughout the process of how much work this was....but I'm paying for it, so what's the issue? I don't want to feel like a burden, and now I think she just wanted to be done. Very messy job - you can even still see the red from my prior polish she didn't remove fully.Overall, not a good job for $100+. I know have to go home and clean up the goop under my thumb and add more color to the spots missing it, I won't come back nor would I recommend.
