Forest Lawn West Cemetery provides excellent funeral services during difficult times. The staff are described as amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. They go the extra mile to support grieving families and make the process as smooth as possible. Derek is readily available at all times. The staff, including Raphael, are kind and knowledgeable, explaining everything and keeping families informed of the next steps. Customers highly recommend the cemetery for its outstanding service, handling every last detail so families can concentrate on their loved ones.
The funeral home made this terrible even in our lives go as smooth as possible. They were kind and knowledgeable. Everything was explained and we always knew what they next steps were. Derek was readily available at all times. I would recommend to everyone.
Dignity and Freedom West specifically made my father and mother’s funeral a celebration and a send off that is rivaled by no one. Raphael, Maxine and the entire staff are the most top notch that you will ever deal with, and they handle every last detail so the family can concentrate on the loved one. I cannot give them 10 stars, but I would. I don’t know how they get it all done, but they are one smooth oiled machine in their business!
They were extremely helpful. Compassionate and caring. Both my parents passed away less than a year apart. They remembered me and made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend.
