Our property is gated. Our phone number was given to them and was in fact written right on a piece of paper attached to the flowers. The delivery person left them at the end of the driveway at 4 PM in January and could not be bothered to call me and let me know the flowers where there. I found them dead and frozen this morning, and when I called the florist she said her driver buzzed our house from the box where you put in the gate code. There is NO way too buzz our home from the box. When he did not get us instead of CALLING OUR NUMBER, WHICH HE HAD, he just drove off fully knowing the flowers would die. Ordered via FTD for my wife for Valentines Day, they arrived at close to 7pm at my wife’s office, she obvi wasn’t there. They were wilted and just left at front door of a business. Many of the flowers were missing all the petals by the time they were discovered. Maybe $20 worth of flowers for over $100 investment. Do NOT recomend.

I would give this place a zero. Unprofessional. Old balloons, ugly, overpriced, cheap looking. Horrible. I called to ask what happened and she couldn't even formulate a sentence, kept telling me I had to call for you flowers(broker). I am all about helping small business but you gotta come with the goods. This could have been better but she didn't care. Poor, awful!!
