Absolute joke of a HOA supporting property management company. Staff under-trained and don't know how to do anything other than answer a phone call or email. Compared to other companies who manage properties for HOA, First Service is bottom of the pile for sure. Avoid if you are a HOA looking for help, plenty of other professional companies here in Charlotte.
