I have never been to a Fantastic Sams and decided to give it a try. Monica gave me the best haircut I have had in a long time. She did exactly what and how I wanted it. I will definitely be back to see her.Service: Haircut

My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience here. Monica the manager, worked on both of our hair and was so nice and patient. She helped me pick a new hairstyle and color look and paid so much attention to detail. She also was so kind and patient with my daughter and made her feel right at home. We will definitely be returning.

My 2nd disappointing visit in a row to a Fantastic Sam's. I made an appointment on Friday for Sunday, especially for Jordan. He fixed an awful cut for me in the past so I trust his skills. But after my move, it's an hour drive to the Ballantyne location (2 hrs round trip). I decided it would be worth it to feel confident about my most recent disastrous cut (courtesy of the FS in Denver). I arrived a little early and checked in. There were plenty of people so I was glad I thought ahead and made an appointment. I checked in and offered to wait in my car.
