I have attended many different fitness classes and F45 is by far the best of all of them. It is very well organized, easy to pick up on and it gives you results. All of the trainers and employees that I have come across at the Cotswold location are so welcoming! They will talk to you before and after class, are always trying to accommodate everyone's music preference and will correct your form in such a kind way if needed. This place is truly so good for your mental and physical well being. I highly recommend it here!
I’ve been attending classes for the past month here. The trainers make you feel welcomed and comfortable no matter where you’re at in your health journey. The members are all so friendly as well. Glad to have joined and continue to work towards my goals!
We had been struggling to find a gym in the Cotswold area and stumbled across F45. We have enjoyed the coaches and the workout concept at this location. Membership comes with free passes to studios around the country when you travel also.
