My daughter and I had the BEST 10 out of 10 experience from the moment we walked in and until we left. We were greeted into a very clean and friendly lobby area. We were immediately welcomed. Within moments Ashlynn came out to greet us with a friendly smile and hello. She introduced herself to my daughter and she was taken back for her services. My daughter says that Ashlynn went above and beyond by being friendly and chatting. She was very professional. My daughter says that Ashlynn did an amazing job and she will only schedule with her in the future. If you are looking for very pleasant experience, my daughter and I highly recommend Ashlynn.

Been coming to EWC Metropolitan for the past few months for some self-care. When I first met Chassity, she was warm and welcoming immediately putting me at ease. She alleviated my fears and made me very comfortable. I've been back multiple times adding new services based upon my experience with her. I can personally recommend Chassity to anyone. EWC Metropolitan is awesome due to the people that work there.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax or wax of any kind for that matter and the experience was amazing. Steffi was so lovely and reassuring. She explained everything she was doing before doing it which helped with the anxiety. She told me the difference between hard wax and soft wax and I'm very grateful that they use hard wax here. I was left so smooth and didn't have any wax left on my skin
