This Day Spa is my favourit place in Charlotte to go get pampered while I relax with friends over coffee, tea, or refreshing cucumber water. The owner was even kind enough to offer me fresh blended organic juice she had made that morning! After my perfect eyebrow tint, I went to get my hair trimmed. After the shampoo, I was treated to a hot hair towel, scalp massage, and even given a hand massage with the highly-recommended Aura Botanical oil by Kératase, ALL complimentary! Not only is the service top quality and absolutely incomparable but the establishment itself is impeccable! Rooms for the massage and facials felt like storage rooms. However, the masseuse and the aesthetician were excellent. Staff up front were friendly and welcoming. We just wish they had a better atmosphere.
We were in town for a charity gala and not being from the Charlotte area - I wasn't sure what to expect. Your team exceeded my expectations. We had a great time getting our hair and makeup done. Its a beautiful salon with a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
