This cleaner located in Morrocroft has been my go to cleaner for years. They are always pleasant and very service oriented. Cleaning is always well done and well presented. I’ve had some alterations and repairs done there as well and they do good work on that too.

Elite Cleaners is the only spot in Charlotte I would recommend for high end fabrics and luxury garments. A special shout out to Linda for going the extra mile and working with the owner Lela to get a wedding gown turned around in an expedited time frame. Their customer service is beyond appreciated.

Hands down amazing customer service!!! Cannot say enough good things about this place. I brought a down comforter in on Wednesday asked they lady if we could please have it back by Friday, she said she would ask the drive but no promises my ticket said the time would be in on Monday, I got a text message from here on Thursday letting me know my item was in for pickup!! I mean this is what five start service is all about!!! Thank you so much Elite Cleaners, I will definitely be back and tell anyone who is look for a great place this is where they need to go.
