I was having some pain in between my shoulders (likely from sitting at a computer screen all day and the hustle of switching between video meetings!) so I called to see if they may be able to fit me in for a massage. The woman that I spoke to on the phone was able to find an hour with an elite masseuse for me later that evening. When I got there, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating -- understanding I was tired and sore. They answered my questions, told me a bit about Nicholas who would be taking care of me and were genuinely kind and gracious as I waited for my appointment. Nicholas himself was also incredible. I love coming to Elements Massage, the environment is relaxing and the staff is very friendly. The service is everything described and the experience leaves you ready to schedule your next appointment before you leave. I highly suggest Elements Massage and my therapist was Gigi!!!

I have been going here for a couple years now and am so happy with the customer service team and massage therapists that I have been matched up with. I highly recommend it as a great way to engage in some monthly mama downtime and self care!
