Clean, friendly and fast. I saw Jasmine, she was attentive to what I expressed I wanted and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was also in and out with a cut and color in 2 hours and without spending an arm and a leg. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I’d highly recommend this salon and Jasmine. I have thick, wavy textured hair and I loved what she did for me!

Moved to the mountains and returned for a cut/highlight with Sharon at E5. They are awesome as always and can be trusted to always deliver. Intend to go out of my way when visiting again to return to E5. Quality delivered on all fronts. Thanks Sharon!

First haircut in a very long time. I had just dreaded finding a new stylist after my previous one had moved. But wild-haired mountain man was not attractive.
I saw Jessica at Element 5 in Ballantyne and my hair fortunes are now good!
Jessica spoke with me at length about what I wanted and what may have contributed to my current hair condition. She listened. She understood. She contributed her insights. Then she went to work and the result is just perfect! I'm very happy with her work. Highly talented.
