Brought in my broken window panel to get fixed where I saw it was made by Duke Vinyl. They replaced the glass and the mesh as well for it! Straightforward and quick! I would try them again for custom windows when I get to that stage on my next project.
If you are in the Charlotte area and you need windows in a relatively decent time frame then definitely give Duke a call. Generally they only run about 2 weeks out on Windows versus online places are a month to 3 months. The prices are often better as well.
