I’ve been a patient of Dr Williams since the late 1990’s. She has helped me with my allergies as well as multiple surgeries: a broken nose, opening up an unusually small sinus cavity, and removal of sinus polyps. She has removed my son’s tonsils and adenoids when he was a toddler (he is now 23years old) and hopefully will be removing my 19 year old daughter’s soon. When Dupixent came out for nasal polyps, she recommended I use it and I haven’t had a sinus infection in over 3 years. I fully trust and respect Dr Williams. She is the only Dr and surgeon I or any member of our family will see for allergies, sinus, ear, nose or throat issues. ~Mrs. Carolyn Ferguson

I can finally breathe again. After a lifetime of horrible sinus problems and constant sinus infections, Dr. Williams has given me the relief many other doctors were not able to. She is a kind and caring doctor with a wealth of knowledge. My recovery time was minimal and I did not experience any pain. I am finally healed and can be more productive at work and at home.

This place has the air of a low-cost health clinic. I made an appointment with one provider, and saw a different one; no explanation provided. When leaving, the credit card machine wasn't working, and instead of asking if I would like to schedule a follow-up, they handed me an appointment card for a future date and time that I had not agreed to. Apparently, this is a floating office in a sense, as they are only at this location four days a month. I'm not sure how someone could expect to get quality care when only having access to a provider a few days a month.
