I cannot express how much DRP helped us. They were kind, friendly and compassionate. Beyond that they went Way out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of. They were Excellent! I recommend this group Highly!
Prompt and timely response from this business near a holiday weekend. Tech came out next day to assess. Assessment of our damage was thorough and explained well, and the quote was for exactly the amount of work that we needed done and not one bit more—they didn’t mark our job up or tell us we needed a bunch of extra work done, which saved us a lot of money. You do not want to deal with this company. After our house flooded we had a DRP representative come to our home and talk to us about what needed to be done to finish drying out the house, look for and remediate any mold, repair/replace drywall, molding, etc. We were told they could do everything but the representative said he needed to come back with another person in a couple of days to reexamine the house and be in a position to give us an estimate on the cost of remediation/repairs. This company had been recommended by a contractor who had worked on our house and whom we thoroughly trust. He had worked with this company before and highly recommended them. The DRP representative promised to call in a couple of days to set up a time to come back with someone else from the company. When I did not hear back, I tried to call the representative. He did not return my call. I then texted him and got a reply that they never heard of the contractor who recommended them and were not interested in doing the work because they were too busy with other projects. He could have told me from the beginning they were too busy. I lost valuable time waiting for someone who was never interested in doing the work in the first place. As a result, the mold situation in my house has probably worsened. I would never trust this company and would urge anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere.
