Prompt and timely response from this business near a holiday weekend. Tech came out next day to assess. Assessment of our damage was thorough and explained well, and the quote was for exactly the amount of work that we needed done and not one bit more—they didn’t mark our job up or tell us we needed a bunch of extra work done, which saved us a lot of money. My apartment flooded due to frozen pipes that burst and I was forced to transfer to another unit. DRP came in to do the repairs and they were so kind and helpful. I needed to move my washer and dryer and they offered to do it for me for free. They took the w/d down the stairs, drove it in their truck to my new apartment, and up the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was such a generous move and told me a lot about the kind of amazing people they are. I would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone.
