I have been a client of DirectPay Payroll Services since I bought my business 5.5 years ago. Teresa Cerda has always been my account manager. I want to let you know that Teresa is a great help in all of my needs! She is also very good at communicating if there is ever a question or an issue. I am happy that I can count on her and that she is only one call/email away!
They always lookout for my clients and when you call you talk to an actual person that can help you. Their people are well trained and if they don't know they ask someone and just take care of it.
I have dealt with several members of this company over the past 2 years. Each one has been professional, yet friendly and engaging. Tisa , my account manager, is patient and kind as we work through payroll issues when they come up. The cost is small, compared to other companies I inquired about. but the service is A++. Highly recommend.
