I have never worked contract work before, so I was a little nervous going in this direction. However, I could not be happier with my experience with Signature Consultants. They have been on top of things since day one (even during the pandemic) and keep up with how I am doing and any concerns I might have on a weekly basis. I definitely would recommend them.

As someone with a strong resume and above-average communication skills, I was shocked at how this firm treats its potential hires. After speaking with a recruiter three times by phone--discussing specific jobs for which he was apparently putting me up--there was absolutely no follow-up, even when I checked in via email. These people benefit if I get hired, and yet it felt like I was being ghosted. I've never had this experience with a recruiting firm before.

Signature Consultants is great! They reached out to me via LinkedIn and within a week I was interviewing with them and the contracting company. I was hired with the contracting company like 10 days later. Thank God!!! Right on time.Thank you Signature Consultants.
