I’ve been going to Day Break for years. MJ and Kiersten are great and hit all the right spots. The staff and especially the owner are professional and take care of all your needs.

I've had massages in numerous cities, states, and a couple different countries. This was the best ever. I'm retired military and have a lot of hard miles on me, and I still exercise a bit more than the average person. Added to that was a high amount of stress an tension from training for a new job. I'm new to Charlotte, so I found Day Break online and booked the 90 minute integrated session. MJ met me at the door on time. The facility is clean, quiet and comforting. MJ's techniques were amazing, and she pinpointed each muscle group with precision. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, pain free, ,ready for the world, and with my next appointment secured for two weeks...read full review

Located in the heart of Dilworth in Uptown Charlotte, Day Break Massage is one of the largest massage centers in Charlotte that is owned by a Massage Therapist and not just businessmen. Understanding that our clients needs always come first, Day Break has grown from a two room office to a large multi use facility centrally located very close to uptowns businesses and hotels. We are just a 30 minute walk or a 7 minute drive from anywhere uptown and just 12 minutes away from the South Park area.
