Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man and woman in the store continued their conversation for at least 5 minutes while I stood there staring at them. They acted like they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. We are not using their products and never will. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.

My experience at Crossville is mixed. On the positive side, they offer a good selection of high-quality tiles, and some of the associates, especially a newer woman I interacted with today, were quite knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me through their products and offered valuable advice.

However, the customer service experience varied greatly. Some associates seemed ill-suited for customer interaction. One in particular was notably unhelpful and borderline rude. It's disappointing when someone in a customer-facing role shows little interest in assisting customers.

My husband and I bought backsplash tile fromanother company. It was a HUGE mistake. The color was all wrong. A friend recommended Abe at Crossville Studios. She knew how exasperated that we were to finish this kitchen remodel.We made an appt with Abe. He was so easy going and easy to work wjth I could not believe it. Literally within 5 minutes, he went right to two different options. Both were spot on but one we absolutely LOVED!Abe is a Jedi Knight when it comes to tile selection. His customer service was also amazing and SO APPRECIATED! You rarely see expertise and service like this these days.Must shop here!! You will NOT regret it! Customers for life!
