Big shout out to Jalen Johnson, Coverall, for the excellent services provided to our company over the past two years! After struggling to find a provider for cleaning services who would meet our expectations, we finally found someone who excelled in all areas. Our facility has been maintained to perfection. I cannot say enough about Jalen and his crew. His communications with us, their attention to detail, etc. meet the highest standards. Five stars - I’d give 100 if I could!
We use coverall to have our office cleaned once a week, and we love working with Ms. Kathy Williams. She’s so nice and always brings so much joy into the office every Friday morning. She does a great job cleaning the office too. Very thorough and uses nice scents.
Miss Iris is literally THE BEST. She is so thorough. And she’s so nice! Her attention to detail is so meticulous. Compared to the last people my employer hired she is 100x better. She actually vacuums- in every nook and cranny- the ladies rooms has been AMAZINGLY cleaner since she’s been here. It smells awesomeeeee. She wipes down the desks AND chairs. She does NOT play when it comes to keeping our office area CLEAN. If she leaves us I will literally cry. I WILL CRY!!
