Great Service. Allowed me to tag along at times during inspection to learn something new. Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly, and detailed. Would use again for 1 year inspection as well.

As out of town buyers, we couldn't appreciate Frank and Jim more. The entire inspection and re-inspection (to make sure repairs were completed) process was seamless and thorough. The initial report addressed large and small items and was easy to read. This was a new build house, and the Continental team did a great job for us! We highly recommend and thank them for looking out for us.

Dylan patiently and diligently inspected the house and took time to explain each and everything that was not clear to me while at the same time giving recommendations on what the next steps are. Dylan is passionate about his job and listen well to understand any concern I have. I was expecting the report in 24 hours but Dylan made it available later in the evening as promised which is great for us as we work towards the final walk-through with the builder next week. Thanks for a job well done Dylan and team.
