Macaw Construction Services
“Macaw Construction just finished a full exterior renovation on our two-story brick home in Huntersville, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The scope was substantial: James Hardie ColorPlus siding in Aged Pewter with Arctic White trim and soffit, five new Pella windows, black seamless gutters with guards, shake on the front gable, and a custom standing-seam metal eyebrow over the garage with a stained tongue-and-groove ceiling and recessed lighting.
Miguel was thorough during the estimate and worked through every spec detail with us. Brenda kept the contract and site visits organized. Douglas and Kenny ran a clean, professional job site every day. I travel a lot for work, and the team communicated well with my wife whenever I was away. They handled permitting, stayed within the agreed budget on unexpected sheathing repairs, and backed the work with a strong 10-year workmanship warranty.
The house looks like a different home. I recommend Macaw to anyone considering a major exterior project.”
