I am the owner of Anytime Fitness in Matthews/Stallings NC. Comfort Control has been servicing my HVAC needs at my business for the better part of 3 years now. Each time their service technicians have come to do their regular seasonal PM on my HVAC units (I have 4 of them) they have been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. One time, I was installing new thermostats myself for better control of my HVAC units and I was confused as to the wiring needs of the 4 units. The technician made a special trip, while in the area, to assist with the installation of the first thermostat so that I would know how to properly install the rest myself. That's where businesses get my attention and my support, when they do the "little things" that they don't have to do, because they care about their customers. In addition, when scheduling my seasonal PM work and calling in to make payments against invoices, their customer service staff at the office has been nothing but friendly and helpful when answering my questions and assisting me with my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone needing commercial HVAC work or maintenance at their place of business.
