My experiment at the Coco Yoni Lounge 2wks ago was amazing and very beneficial. I have heavy menstrual cycles and painful cramps on day 1. Tiffany was amazing, such positive energy and educated us on the benefits of the steams. Once I explained my focal points, she put together the herbs just for that. Long story short, my cycle started overnight and lets just say, I had no pre-menstrual cramps/ pain and this is the lightest my cycle has ever came on. I highly recommend you ladies to get steamed at Coco Yoni Lounge.
