Charlotte Pro Roofing is first rate — I can’t speak highly enough of them. The entire process was great from beginning to end. After the initial assessment they dealt directly with the insurance company which made things incredibly easy. Vladimir is the consummate professional — extremely knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. And the work crew was the same — courteous, professional with great attention to detail. I called Vladimir regarding a leak that showed itself after a long rainstorm and he came by and looked at what was going on. He was able to spot a few issues that had happened apparently during installation and gave me extremely good information so that I could speak to my insurance company regarding my claim.Before I I made the decision to contract them, the builder called and said they would repair the issues at no cost to me.I will keep Charlotte Pro Roofing in my contacts for any future issues that I may need their services for.
