I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service I received at the Cellfone master store in the Charlotte Outlets.I was in town visiting family when my screen on my I pad shattered and I dropped it off and it was fixed in only 2 hours at less than half the price of Best Buy.I highly recommend them!

Great customer service. We came here for warranty replacement of our iPhone 11 lcd and the owner took care us with in 25 minutes replacing the Bre and new screen. Always recommend this place. This will be my store for all phone problems and they have also have great selections fie phones and accessories too.
