10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just in case you decide to not stay and read the rest of the review, I started it off with the point! Castro was extremely professional from the beginning to finish. I started working with them on February 2026 and while State Farm consistently lied and gave me the runaround I can honestly say that Castro automotive was 100% upfront and honest the whole step of the way! Despite my attitude and the way I handled several situations they remained professional and took care of my car going over and beyond!! Thank you Guys so much and you definitely has gained a forever customer!!! GOOOOO BOOK THEM YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Castro was truly a pleasure to work with. He really came through for me in a time of need. I needed my vehicle towed late on Friday night and he picked up right away and took good care of that for me. My situation was a little different from most because my appraiser messed up on the quote of my vehicle and they began repairs when in reality they found more damage to the engine and head gaskets. Castro really stood up for me on a 3 person phone call with me, him, and the appraiser, who claimed that the overheating engine had nothing to do with the accident.
