Our home is only 3 years old but we were having issues with water leaking in our second floor ceiling when it is raining continuously for hours. Mike McCoy stopped by, quickly found out what is causing the problem, took pictures, showed us those pictures and guided/referred on what to do for the next steps as it is a plumbing problem with exhaust pipe leak in the attic not a roof leak. This is all done for free. It shows the person't dignity, sincerity and commitment in helping/serving the customers with value mindset(not the money mindset). My recent experience with California Roof Consultants was nothing short of amazing. Talking to the office to schedule an appointment was very pleasant and efficient. I called on a Friday and they had a roof consultant over by Monday. Our roof consultant, Mike McCoy, was fantastic. He came by our property ahead of schedule and was very consultative in his approach. 11 out of 10 customer service! Luckily, we don't need a new roof at the moment but the second we do I'm calling Mike directly. We also have a very nervous dog and Mike was so good with her. Give this man a raise!

I had an amazing experience with Carolina Roof consultants. Jeremy and his team replaced our roof after hail damage. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. Initial inspection and estimate was free and they replaced the whole roof in just one day. I strongly recommend Jeremy and CRC.
