All thumbs up … this was my first experience with the planning for a loved one … Steve was very helpful by actually listening to our thoughts and making them work in a timely manner … there was no “up charging” or pressure to do things we did not need … a simple cremation, visitation at the church and Funeral Mass all of which Steve coordinated with the church so we did not have to do it. With all that and the “General Information for Surviving Family Members” handout, even the mountain of paperwork has gone smoothly. Thanks for all the help during a difficult time.
