I had a pleasant experience with Carolina Foundation Solutions. My front porch was pulling away from my house, and Carolina Foundation Solutions installed four helical piles into the soil around the porch to stabilize the foundation. They were on time and performed this project in one day as promised. I recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repairs to his/her home.
My mom's house was built on slab and had severe foundation issues which led to plumbing issues. Carolina Foundation gave us a free estimate to correct the foundation problem. They came when they were scheduled even after some of them had just worked in western Carolina on the Hurricane Helene devistation. The schedule only deviated due to weather conditions (rain) but they immediately got back on schedule. They had great communication with us as well as with the inside plumbing team as their schedules needed to coordinate together to get the house fully back in order. FINAL PROJECT REVIEW: All in all, I'd give this outfit a solid B- grade. ...somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Some aspects went quite well and sometimes I wondered if anyone in the organization actually talked to each other. The job required several subcontractors and thats always a challenge. We initially thought the wallboard crew did pretty well but found out after the fact that they took some shortcuts. System installer and electricians did not talk to each other so we had a setback in getting certain parts of the project done as planned.
