Carolina Custom Garages did a marvelous job! From the initial call to the office, to talking to the sales guy Hardy, to the consultation, to the work crew and finishing the project, CCG has been amazing. They were super easy to contact and helpful as we had to move our work date several times due to the completion of our home being delayed a few times. They were happy to accommodate and very responsive. They were very knowledgeable and up front with a plethora of information. When we did have questions, they were quick to respond. Hardy, the sale and consolation person, was super friendly and helpful and a joy to work with. The people in the office were great with scheduling and rescheduling and processing payments over the phone. The 2 gentlemen that came to do our epoxy floor install were also very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, careful with our brand-new home, and very quick. They kept us informed with what they were doing and what we should do over the two days of install as well as made sure we fully understood when we could walk on the floor, when we could park on the floor and how to care for the floor. They even taped up our garage doors to allow for them to be partially open for air flow and yet covered to keep debris out. They hung signs on the doors to deter us from accidently walking into the garage, and even left a sign at the end with the dates that we could walk on and then drive on the floor. They thought of everything. (The work guys even drove back on the last day because they forgot to write in the date we could drive on the floor. I told them they could have just called me, but they wanted to make sure it was done properly!!) Very impressed with their quality of work, their attention to the little details and the overall interaction with everyone at the company. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, neighbors and strangers alike!! Very Very Impressed!

I am thrilled with my new floor. The company was responsive and professional, did a great job, showed up exactly when promised. I think this is one of my favorite home improvements ever! Garage looked awful and now it makes me happy every time I see it. Highly recommend!
