Carolina Carpet Solutions was recommended by my neighbor, who has used them for years. I sent a Quote request, also expressing we needed their services pretty quickly, if possible. Within 2 minutes of me submitting the request, the owner had emailed me right back with a quote and available dates and times. I needed an appointment quickly, and Matt made it work for us. Not only did he make magic happen by being here in such a timely manner, the owner came and cleaned our carpets and rugs personally.
