Zero stars for this garbage pharmacy. The pharmacy tech who responded to my message about not getting my delivery claimed it was delivered the previous day at 9:30. Then he sends me a picture of 3 blurry boxes next to lockers that don’t show my name on any of them as proof of delivery. When questioned about why my delivery would be put in an unsecured place the pharmacy tech responded it was delivered to where they advised the courier to put it. I absolutely despise having to use this pharmacy in order to get an affordable cost on my medication. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Ridiculous that I have to make two separate calls to get my medications every time and then the fact that they do not help in getting things done on time. I need my meds!! They also sent me 30 instead of a 90 days supply and then tried to blame me for the mistake. Not happy with this company

I love Carolina Care pharmacy. The people that work there are incredibly efficient and have outstanding customer service I can call and order my prescriptions over the phone or online. It’s so easy and comes right to my door. No waiting in line, No wasting my gas money or my time to drive to the pharmacy. I really don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve never had a single problem with Carolina care pharmacy.Thank you so much for always helping me with my orders.
