I have been using this company for all of my blinds/shades for years. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends who have used them too. Very high quality and they alway do what they say they are going to do. The sales team are very helpful when it comes to figuring out exactly what I want. Installation crews are meticulous and leave my home as clean as it was when they arrived. Overall a great company to work with.
This group is top notch. Excellent service from beginning to end. Felt like they were very communicative and kept me in the loop of every step and customized everything exactly how we wanted. Erik and his team were incredible and very respectful when at our home. Would recommend!
After many years of buying and installing shades and blinds on our own, we called Carolina Blind Crafters (CBC). Their representative came to our home and discussed our options, recommended styles, materials and colors, and took our order. Later, they came to measure our windows and, when the blinds arrived, their installer quickly completed the job. They look fantastic! The CBC folks were a joy to work with, they knew their products, they were fast and efficient, and we would recommend them to anyone. I could not have done what they did for us and, with a lifetime warranty on the blinds, I don't even have to worry about having to do that. Definitely a great investment!!
