Our experience with Carolina Blind Crafters was excellent throughout our entire experience from online review to onsite purchase to final installation. I did notice however that we where charged a tax rate of 7.5% ($399.75) versus the combined Mecklenburg County tax (2%) plus Mecklenburg Co Public Transportation Tax (0.5%) plus North Carolina Tax (4.75%) totaling 7.25% ($386.43).

These guys are exceptional! Very professional and informative. The product is really nice for shade, security and bugs. Couldn’t be happier. Installation was seamless as well. Arrived on time and got them installed in less than a full day. Such a great experience! I highly recommend Carolina blind crafters!
