The build quality at Parkstone at Indian Land apartments is terrible. My refrigerator has gone out three times which has come at a several hundred dollar loss on my food. Now my air conditioner is not working. The property is built using low grade finishes. Place is out of level. None of my appliances were leveled. Doors don’t stay open because they are, you guessed it, not level. Floor sinks to a low spot in the kitchen. Island is crooked. Cracked backsplash tiles. Glue was seeping up between the vinyl planks. Paint on the floor in every room. It appears there was no QC on the property and it was rushed. Would recommend looking elsewhere for your construction needs.
