I’m new to Charlotte and today I visited this salon for the first time and I will be a repeat customer!! The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. Rosie was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job! I was very impressed with the results of my hair. Not only is she beautiful outside but she is beautiful on the inside too. She was gentle in handling my hair and knowledgeable about my hair texture. She also recommended some products that I could use in between visits. I’m so happy and pleased that I found this salon. If you are in the area please give them a try! Thank you.
Updating my review based on the salons response : I think they did a pretty good job with the nanoplasty treatment , the sew in was OK but I was a bit disappointed with the cut of my extensions , it wasn’t aligned with the pictures I showed them. They have good customer service and the place has a nice vibe
I was very pleased with my 4-year-old daughter’s haircut! Rosie was incredibly precise, taking the time to make sure her hair was even despite her natural waves. She was also very comforting and reassuring, letting my daughter know she was doing great and that it would be done soon. My daughter loved both her haircut and the overall experience. The salon was very clean, and everyone was polite. We will definitely be coming back!
