My sister's hair was done wonderfully. My sister decided to cut some parts of her hair very very short but didn't want to cut it off for it to grow back, when i called here, she asked for pics of her hair and i was worried that she would respond that she couldn't do it, but instead she gave me hope and an appointment was booked...i took my sister to her and she did wonders, i am pleased and so is my sister, her hair was beautifully done and we are pleased, my little sister even stated she wants to go back to her next time...5 🌟
I have too first start at the moment I called Ms. Winnie salon. I’m kind of new to Charlotte, but I’ve tried a few salons & never received service in Charlotte. Everywhere I go the customer service is horrible. Ms. Winnie was very nice, but most importantly very PROFESSIONAL. She communicated & responded in timely fashion. My appointment was at 4:30 she was ready and braiding my hair at 4:20pm. She was quick, but most importantly my style is very neat. She has a repeat client in me. I promise I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Ms. Winnie!!
