I had a great first experience here, my nails came out fantastic. I went back a second time thinking I would get the same excellent set but…. My momma said if I have nothing nice to say, don’t say it ??I left hating the color (that’s on me), nails were lumpy, way too thick and STICKY… this was gel polish and I’ve never had that happen before ?

No lie, I’d give Kouture 7 stars if I could. I’m big on customer service and tonight I received top tier. We arrived before they closed but after they normally take their last client(s) and they still seated us. The manicure and pedicure we received were solid but the experience after is what sold us. We were complete strangers who were treated like family. From the random karaoke session to the after hours “Thanksgiving” meal we were able to join. We really appreciate the hospitality when we just came from a pop up no appointment service but left with a great experience.
