Kiera was awesome!! She did an amazing job on my nails and toes. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was satisfactory. I will definitely be going back!!!

Here on a whim because I had extra time before my flight. I was greeted warmly, serviced immediately, and my tech is amazing. Im currently getting my feet massaged with the most heavenly smelling lemongrass shea butter. My tech even made sure I wasn’t allergic before applying. I think I met the owner and she seemed very fair and communicative with her staff. Definitely will keep in mind for the next time I’m in Charlotte. She also wasn’t overly talkative. I know some people like conversation, but I enjoy just relaxing and being in my phone usually and I always appreciate when I’m not forced into a conversation. Just moved here from New Jersey and finding a new nail salon was nerve-wracking but this place was such a gem! My partner and I came in without an appointment and were welcomed right away. Kiera did an amazing job on my pedicure, my toes have never looked this good! My boyfriend saw Nelly and said his pedicure was a “10/10.” Great music, super friendly staff, and an overall relaxing vibe. We’ve definitely found our new spot!
