I have been coming here for over a year now, and every time I leave, I feel so much happier and better. The instructors are all SOOOO beyond kind, knowledgeable, professional, and upbeat. BK welcomes beginners and experts. I recommend this studio to anyone I can in and outside of the city. BK has become a staple in my fitness routine and without it I would not be complete. Love it so much!

I absolutely love the Southend location. Becca, Faith and Amani are my favorite instructors and they always provide a quality class. I know if I see Becca or Faith they will challenge me + Amani is super sweet with a fun workout. Overall the studio is beautiful, welcoming + my home away from home. Couldn’t recommend more!

I am new to pilates and very happy that I found BK Pilates. Took one private class and then booked 10 group classes, having a good feeling that this will be my favorite workout. I do appreciate calm environment and absence of microphone, that way I am not stressed out about not understanding the instructions.
