I found BeeTax on the internet. I am a native Spanish speaker and got 10/10 service from Suzeth. Very nice, welcoming and attentive. I had questions about my taxes as an individual and even though this wasn’t the place I needed to go to, she patiently explained to me what I needed to do and walked me through every step while answering my concerns. I’d highly recommend this place for any of the services they provide. Thanks again!
Josselyn and Mariana were amazing and facilitated my federal and LLC tax return with ease despite me being physically overseas. In addition, they were able to complete my return in a timely manner. Thank you BeeTax Charlotte team for your help during this stressful time of year! Looking forward to working with you in the future.
Very satisfied with the customer service at Beetax. Marjorie helped us at the front desk and review our paperwork. Alexa was the final agent to do send our taxes and answer all our questions. Wonderful people to work with.
