I wasn’t sure what to expect - but being super into all health related activities I had an open mind. The ladies at the front were super friendly and informative. In the sauna I was a little impatient because I don’t love sitting and sweating. But man, after? I am a month away from knee surgery and I’m chronically aching. I didn’t ache. At all. And the next four days I felt slimmer and brighter. I’m not kidding! I joined the monthly package I was so impressed. I’ll get used to sitting and sweating for these great benefits.
This place is hot like literally. Great customer service and product. I went from a public gym sauna to this and difference is tremendous. The infrared lighting is amazing for your health. Also great for hangovers
Absolutely amazing staff, great facility and convenient location. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax. With the holidays coming up, this is the place to go when you want some time to yourself.
