Highly recommend! A beautiful space and calm environment. The heat and relaxation from the infrared saunas was the perfect temp, great for muscle tension or stress release. I got a social room for two people & it was fun to go with a friend. The staff was so welcoming. I am looking forward to coming back!

I’ve been a member for 2 years and it has been a game changer for my health and recovery! I use the sauna and red light bed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of sauna and light therapy. The studio and therapy rooms are the cleanest, most relaxing of all the sauna studios I’ve checked out. Highly recommend!
