They were very responsive in their communication, very quick in getting someone out to our home, very quick and thorough with getting the job done, and everybody I have been in contact with has been friendly and courteous; even the roofer who came to do the job! I was a little taken aback when I saw the total for the invoice, but I guess that’s to be expected with the rising costs of building materials nowadays. Overall, though, I was very pleased with my experience!

Great experiance with Mark and team. Very helpful, professional, dedicated and customer focused! We had a smaller rush job that BCI was able to get done for us and give us peace of mind! Professional team who exceeded expectations! Punctual, courteous, efficient in their work; handled challenging situation with bees present in soffit areas. Worked with us to relocate bees and complete roof repair. Highly recommend!!
