The staff at Ballantyne Vet Clinic are always so kind and compassionate with my elderly dog. They always follow up to check on him after his visits. Dr. Humphreys is thorough in his exams and takes time to explain his rationale for treatment choices and answers all questions. I never feel rushed and he does not make you feel pressured into anything you aren’t comfortable with. With an older dog, I choose to keep testing and medications to a minimum and he allows me the freedom to do that. He offers me the option to do what is necessary to keep my dog comfortable without causing him undue stress. I highly recommend Dr. Humphreys and this clinic!!
We had a great first experience! They were able to take us in right away after KoKo hurt her foot yesterday. I heard about them through a friend who takes his 2 pugs here. She was treated very well and Dr. Blevins took her time to examine her. She was so good, KoKo almost fell asleep. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Vet for a puppy,
Dr. Humphrey is a fantastic vet! My cat, Raja, started dropping weight and looked pitiful. Dr. Humphry ran tests and quickly identified an overactive thyroid as the cause of the problem. He recommended a specific treatment, but first ensured she was a good candidate, which thankfully she was. She is now medication-free and has gained all her weight back. I can't thank Dr. Humphry enough!
