I had a wonderful experience at Autobell. I left my car in the care of one of the kindest employees I’ve encountered, Jonathan, who was extremely professional and attentive. He checked in with me multiple times and made sure everything was taken care of. My car was returned spotless and looking great. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be coming back.
My wheels were not touched during a full service. I noticed that the wheels were still dirty the next day and was unable to visit again until 3 days later. The manager listened and offered to wipe the wheels without apology for the miss. I refused and called customer service and was interrupted by the representative. She asked what I expected, my expectation was to have a full service. She stated that would not be the way to resolve my concern. I stated that I would not return.
