Update:
I am really unlucky that one side of the struts is having issues again within half year. Rozel has great patience like before and acknowledge the issues. Even though it's not his fault but the bad quality of the parts nowadays, he still insists to fully refund to me.I was willing to just get half of the refunds but he still insists.
This is the most honest and responsible auto shop I have ever met. I will definitely keep wanting their service in future. Highly recommend!!

The guys at Auto Shop of the Carolinas were extremely helpful and able to solve my issue quickly! I had a leaking water pump that they were able to recommend potential fixes for and in the end saved me over $1000 of going another route! I really appreciate their thoroughness and willingness to help!
I discovered Auto Shop of the Carolinas three years ago, but better late than never. In this short time I'm happy to say that working with Rozel, Greg, Mary, and Tony has given me a new perspective. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and they do great work,. When was the last time you could say that about an automotive repair shop?
