Auto shop of the Carolinas is one of the most reliable auto shop places I’ve ever found. They have taken car of both of my cars needs from tires to main repairs. They are always honest on what you need and will never try to sell you something you don’t need.

There is not a more trusted auto shop in Charlotte. Rozel, Greg and the team are great to work with. Had multiple needs with our Honda CRV and they were able to identify the issue and knock out the repairs, same day. Highly recommend.

They provide fair and honest work. The Technicians they have on site seem to be experienced and know what they are doing. They have never tried to up sale me on anything. They thoroughly explain any issues, and provide you with options. I had moved to the Charlotte area around 6 years ago and struggled to find a good honest maintenance shop for my vehicle. I started using the Auto Shop of the Carolinas about 2.5 years ago and will continue to take my vehicle there.
