I got hit by a drunk driver in early 2025. I called Auger & Auger based on the high ratings and I was not disappointed.
Off the bat, I thought it would be a bigger settlement but despite it being a bad accident and the at-fault driver being triple the limit, I wasn’t injured enough for that. In fact, I contacted a source in another state and he told me I got a good number based on the circumstances.
We did have a communication issue at one point but that is bound to happen over the course of a year. When I got on the phone with Herb, we got everything straightened out.
