Omar came today to do my service today. He explained everything that was going to be done then when finished he explained what he did and when the followup would be and what to expect. Very happy with this.
Kendred performed my maintenance service today. He was friendly but extremely professional. Told me what he’d be doing on the property. He asked if I had any other needs and he went above and beyond to do 2 things: focused spraying storage building and kitchen window where I’ve had a Springtime aphid infestation for the last 2 years. Hoping to get it contained before it happens. TY Kendred. You are appreciated.
We love Alta, they’re always so nice and considerate of our personal space and care for our indoor animals as well as the outdoor animals that no doubt come into our yard and we don’t want to harm. We recently had Christopher service our property and was super knowledgeable about concerns we had with pests.
