If you step a toe into Charlotte swing by Level Up Hair Salon. The service is impeccable and the personality and environment is so exciting and refreshing. I couldn't stop laughing! Everyone who works there is an expert at what they do. Braids, Locs, Extensions, Relaxers, Natural style...e everything!!!!
