Best pedicure I’ve gotten in a while! Ze Ron really took his time and did a great job doing my toes before my trip!
Owner/manager was present and definitely cared greatly about customers.

They Don’t Really Care For Walk-ins!!
I recently had my nails done here, and I brought my daughter with me but, I left feeling disappointed. I was charged more than I expected for the service provided, and the appointment felt rushed from start to finish. I had several people working on me and it was overstimulating. There wasn’t much attention to detail, and I didn’t feel like the quality matched the price. I value good work and don’t mind paying for it, but the overall experience did not reflect the cost. I’ve been getting my nails done in and around Charlotte since 2015, and ALO truly stands out. They have the best customer service and the best results of anywhere I’ve tried. This was my third visit, and every experience has been consistently excellent. They’re also extremely well-priced for the level of quality and care you receive. I absolutely plan to keep coming back.
