I wish it was a way of giving no stars. Because this review is not really negative. Just making others aware. First, I'm sure the job of a recruiter is not an easy one, so they have to have patience with dealing with potential associates. Which I'm sure that some associates won't always be satisfied. What I've learned with dealing with temp agencies and recruiters is that; when you deal with a good person, you automatically get a good recruiter. Then you get the other recruiter. The bad one's. Aerotek is full of knowledgeable recruiters and resources regardless of the industry you are looking for. There is always somewhere they are able place you, along with offering competitive pay and benefits. Financial services is one of their strong suits as they work with only the top companies in the industry, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, LPL Financial, and many others.
